Grupo EMB was present as a sponsor, one more year, in the VI ASEBIR National Congress which took place in Girona at the Auditorio Palacio de Congresos from 5th to 7th October, 2011.

Likewise, Grupo EMBorganized the Satélite Symposium, held on October 6th, with Dr. Ronny Janssens, Quality manager of the Reproductive Medicine Center from Ziekenhuis University in Brussels, as speaker. During the Symposium, Dr. Janssensdemonstrated a new and leading topic which is going to become established in reproductive clinics, the IVF-Witness from Research Instruments (RI), a radiofrequency based sample identification system.

At the closing day of the Congress, during the gala dinner sponsored by Grupo EMB, Mr. Sergio Oliveró, President of the Company,awarded the ASEBIR-EMB prize in basic research and the ASEBIR –EMB prize in clinical embryology.

This new collaboration consolidates Grupo EMB as one of the main companies in the continuous support of the Human Assisted Reproduction techniques development in Spain.
